• All artwork is for personal use only. No commercial rights are granted.• Payment is processed via PayPal in full before any work is done. Prices are fixed and apply per subject.• Turnaround time is within 30 days, though this varies with subject complexity. If completion is not possible, a full refund will be issued.• Work and communication take place on weekends only. Progress updates will be provided as work is completed. Frequent status requests are discouraged.• “Illustration” orders requires an existing subject. “Design” work involves collaborative concept creation but are not rendered to full illustration quality unless paid for as such.
